To be eligible to apply and join the Justice HQ community, all applicants are required to meet the below verifiable qualifications:
- You must be a plaintiff attorney actively practicing law in at least one state or territorial jurisdiction in the United States of America, and
- You and anyone associated with your law firm primarily represent plaintiffs and do not defend insurance companies, manufacturers, government entities, or other organizations in personal injury, employment, workers’ compensation, or other consumer-related matters, and*
- You have been actively practicing law for at least three years, and
- You are currently in good standing with your State Bar and have no ethical violations that would disqualify you.
*Please note that Justice HQ also welcomes criminal defense attorneys, tax/probate attorneys, and business formation/litigation attorneys who do not actively defend the above listed entities in bullet point two.
